Join us for Iyengar yoga, where our focus lies in working with each individual and where the body is in that present moment. We will explore the poses (asanas) through alignment, the breath and mindfulness that will further develop one's strength, mobility and stability. Our classes are accessible to all bodies no matter the age or physical limitations one may have - there is infinite possibility for every body to move and feel better.
